The fun of Audi Fashion Festival
here is a selection of a few of my favourite moments during the 4 day festival (14-18 May 2014)
Wearing Australian designer Alice McCall with my talented friend Daniel Ho (oneclickwonders)
A stunning maxi dress hitting the runway by Singaporean designer Ashley Isham
The strike of the runway in maxi dress by Ashley Isham
The dramatic fall of the models at the stunning finale of Ashley Isham’s runway show
Apart from attending the runway shows of the established designers, I also loved supporting local up-and-coming talents. Audi Star Creation, in its fifth year, is a competition which discovers new local Asian designers with the aim of providing them with a platform to showcase their designs to launch their fashion careers. Here are a couple of my favourite new designers at the Audi Star Creation show this year:
Amazing 3D flower dress by Vietnamese designer Tu Nguyen Hoang at Audi Star Creation

The highly anticipated closing show of Audi Fashion Festival 2014 in Singapore on 18 May 2014 was staged by the legendary Oscar de la Renta. Hollywood actress Kate Bosworth was special guest at the closing show and looked stunning in a gold pants ensemble.
High-end floor length gowns, featuring intricate embroidery and exquisite beading were some of the works of art presented by Oscar de la Renta at the spectacular closing show. Breath-taking pieces suited for Hollywood starlets and royalty were show-stoppers in this Fall 2014 collection. The audience of celebrities and VIPs were left gasping for more as each gown was presented down the runway.
The stunning finale dress was a gorgeous wedding gown fit for a princess and the bride was accompanied down the runway by two beautiful flower girls which brought the audience to their feet. A truly memorable show and one to be remembered for a long time to come.
On Closing night of Audi Fashion Festival, I wore 1920s vintage beaded dress, House of Harlow clutch and heels by Chloe.
That marked the end of a great 5-day fashion festival that was Audi Fashion Festival. On a final note:

Audi Fashion Festival in Singapore opened in style on 14 May 2014 with Nepalese-American designer Prabal Gurung showcasing his Fall/Winter 2014 collection. The collection was inspired by the Mustang region in Nepal and the rich landscape of the Himalayas. Born in Singapore and based in New York, Prabal Gurung’s designs are exquisite and sold worldwide through high end boutiques and online retailer Net-a-Porter. Opening night saw Singapore’s top celebrities and VIPs attending the event.

- “Fashion buyer & blogger Samantha Chan (@miss_luxe) of Luxe Fashion Boutique channelled romantic glamour with a figure hugging dress from Australian label Winona and paired it with a shimmery clutch by Saint Laurent, statement bracelet from Samantha Wills and shoes from Chloe.”
Thank you Lifestyle Asia Singapore for including me as Top 10 Best Dressed on Opening night at Audi Fashion Festival. I was so proud to be wearing Aussie designers Winona and Samantha Wills that are stocked at Luxe Fashion Boutique! I was wearing the Lace Lovers Maxi Dress by Winona.
